Dame of Thrones

It's been a little over a year since the world said goodbye to Queen Elizabeth II. The beloved monarch, who led the United Kingdom for an astonishing 70 years, passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 96 in her beloved Balmoral Castle. Across the globe, many are still honoring her legacy and the many years of dedicated service she gave. We decided to do the same.

We were delighted and honored to produce this commissioned Vanity Chair, through our Custom Upholstery Service, Dame of Thrones. This was a birthday gift for one of our clients who is a huge fan and enthusiast of the royal family, and particularly the Queen. As you can imagine, she was overwhelmed with the results.

With 2023 swiftly moving behind us, the year ahead of us is shaping up to have many more projects on our Dame of Thrones schedule. From one-offs, like our QE2 chair above, to Accent Chair Pairs, to complete Dining Sets we can create your special and one (or more) of a kind reloved chair in a whimsical design of your choice.
